Restorative Yoga

This class is the antidote to stress! A therapeutic style of yoga designed to activate the relaxation response by taking you through a series of poses supported by props. When the body comes to stillness, the breath will slow down and the mind can become quiet. This directly affects the nervous system and brings it out of the fight-or-flight mode. Ideal for all levels and very beneficial for anyone suffering from illness, injury, anxiety, depression or everyday stress.
