I live, dream and eat fitness everyday of my life. I fell in love with fitness. I wanted to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better, stronger version of themselves. I have six children, and although balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes, I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is important, and a great example for your family. My background in fitness is diverse. I have competed in several triathlons. I also have experience in personal training and group instruction of several classes. Those classes include step aerobics, water aerobics, dance cardio, spinning, kickboxing, absolute abs, medicine ball, kettle balls, tabata, yoga and Pilates.
